We read everything and answer what needs answering, usually within a few days.
What we answer first
- Corrections. A wrong detail, a dead link, an item that no longer exists.
- Packing questions. The situation, the person, and anything they cannot have — scents, foods, caffeine.
- Suggestions. An item category we have missed, or a question a guide should have answered.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to advise on anyone’s medical situation, treatment or recovery, and we will not guess at what a hospital or treatment center allows — that answer only ever comes from the facility itself.
What we do not accept
